How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Fortalia. On Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Fortalia.

How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?

Open the app and tap "Already subscribed? Restore purchase", using the same Apple or Google account you bought with.

How do I delete all my data?

In the app: Settings › Delete all my data. Since everything is stored on your phone, this permanently deletes it.

I am not getting reminders

Check that Fortalia notifications are allowed in your phone settings and that reminders are on in the app’s Settings.
