1. Acceptance

By using Fortalia you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. The app is provided by COOLPYBARA WORLD LTDA (CNPJ 69.946.611/0001-23), Rua Rio Grande do Norte, 1435, Sala 708/3564, Savassi, Belo Horizonte, MG, CEP 30130-138, Brasil.

2. What Fortalia is — and is not

Fortalia is an organization and wellness tool for people treated with GLP-1 medications. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition and never recommends, calculates or adjusts doses. Reminders and logs only use the information you provide from your doctor’s prescription. Calorie, protein, water and workout goals are educational estimates based on public sources and do not replace advice from health professionals. If in doubt, after a missed dose or if you have symptoms, follow your doctor’s advice or the medication leaflet.

3. Who can use it

The app is intended for adults 18 and over.

4. Subscriptions

  • Full access requires a subscription (weekly or annual), charged by the App Store or Google Play to the account used for the purchase.
  • The annual plan may include a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged automatically.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance in your store settings.
  • Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s policies, without prejudice to your consumer rights.
  • Prices may change; the store will notify you before any change to your subscription.

5. Content

Nutrition values, meal ideas and workouts are informational and may contain inaccuracies. Consult a professional before starting exercise or making major dietary changes.

6. Intellectual property

The Fortalia brand, design and content belong to the company responsible for the app or its licensors. Medication brand names you enter belong to their respective owners.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for health decisions made solely on the basis of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will let you know in the app. Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory rules and courts of your country of residence as a consumer. Contact: contato@fortalia.app.
